前(qian)不(bu)久,由中國(guo)機械(xie)工(gong)業(ye)聯合(he)(he)會(hui)(hui)與(yu)江(jiang)蘇省機械(xie)工(gong)業(ye)協會(hui)(hui)聯合(he)(he)組成的“國(guo)產大(da)型客(ke)機垂(chui)直尾翼精(jing)加工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)鑒(jian)定(ding)會(hui)(hui)”在北京西苑(yuan)飯(fan)店鴻(hong)運大(da)廳隆重舉行(xing)(xing)。來(lai)自我國(guo)航(hang)天(tian)航(hang)空、國(guo)防(fang)軍工(gong)以及重大(da)裝(zhuang)備(bei)制(zhi)造業(ye)與(yu)科研院所的專家學者組成專業(ye)鑒(jian)定(ding)委員會(hui)(hui),對這一新型裝(zhuang)備(bei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)產品鑒(jian)定(ding)。專家委員會(hui)(hui)通過(guo)廣泛交流、認真評審、嚴格定(ding)性,確認這一組合(he)(he)銑削(xue)裝(zhuang)備(bei)實施多項自主(zhu)創新,突(tu)破諸多尖(jian)端(duan)技(ji)術(shu),工(gong)藝裝(zhuang)備(bei)先進(jin)(jin),應(ying)用性能穩(wen)定(ding),整(zheng)機性能達國(guo)際先進(jin)(jin)水(shui)平。

C919大(da)型客(ke)(ke)機是我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)自行(xing)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)的新一(yi)代噴氣式干線客(ke)(ke)機。它的成功下線,標志著中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)已經(jing)步入世界少數幾個擁有大(da)型客(ke)(ke)機研(yan)(yan)發(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)造能力的國(guo)(guo)(guo)家。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)已經(jing)成為繼波音(yin)737和空客(ke)(ke)A320之后,全球(qiu)70噸級大(da)飛(fei)機制(zhi)(zhi)造領域的成員國(guo)(guo)(guo)。這將徹底改(gai)變中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)民航(hang)客(ke)(ke)機完全依(yi)賴進口的被動局(ju)面(mian),對推動我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航(hang)空事(shi)業與裝備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造業發(fa)展具有重(zhong)大(da)里程碑(bei)意義。

本(ben)次鑒定委員會由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)工(gong)具工(gong)業(ye)協(xie)會、清華(hua)大(da)學(xue)、浙江大(da)學(xue)、南京航(hang)空(kong)航(hang)天大(da)學(xue)、北京機(ji)(ji)電技術研究(jiu)院、北京二機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)、中(zhong)信重(zhong)工(gong)、兵器工(gong)業(ye)總公司瑞米機(ji)(ji)械等(deng)高層科研機(ji)(ji)構與重(zhong)大(da)裝(zhuang)備制(zhi)造業(ye)的專(zhuan)家學(xue)者(zhe)參與。

挑戰大型客(ke)機(ji)研制(zhi)(zhi),是我國(guo)(guo)建國(guo)(guo)近70年(nian)以來的大飛機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造夢。專家(jia)介紹,C919大型客(ke)機(ji)自2008年(nian)開始規劃建造,在歷時(shi)7年(nian)之久的研制(zhi)(zhi)期間,參與(yu)設計制(zhi)(zhi)造與(yu)配(pei)套服務(wu)的人(ren)員涉及(ji)國(guo)(guo)內22個省市,200多家(jia)企業的20多萬人(ren)次,歷經(jing)100多項高難(nan)度核心技術攻(gong)關。

飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)垂直尾(wei)翼(yi)是掌握飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)運行重心,保持機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)平衡運行的(de)(de)(de)(de)核心功(gong)能部(bu)件(jian)(jian),由于(yu)(yu)其材料性能、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝與制(zhi)造(zao)精度要求高,該部(bu)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)組合加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)一直由日本(ben)(ben)、美國、德國等少數發達國家所壟斷(duan)。C919大(da)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)垂直尾(wei)翼(yi)安定(ding)面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝備(bei)(bei)(bei),原(yuan)本(ben)(ben)采用(yong)西方發達國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)成套設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei),由于(yu)(yu)國外技(ji)術(shu)封(feng)鎖,價格昂貴(gui),上海飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi)造(zao)公司決(jue)定(ding)實(shi)施國產化制(zhi)造(zao),專業委托江蘇恒(heng)力(li)公司自主研發。恒(heng)力(li)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床公司為C919大(da)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)量(liang)身定(ding)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尾(wei)翼(yi)安定(ding)面精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組合機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)床,是在大(da)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)整機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)框架坐標體(ti)系(xi)下設(she)(she)計與制(zhi)造(zao)。該裝備(bei)(bei)(bei)在對(dui)大(da)型鈦合金材料的(de)(de)(de)(de)異(yi)形(xing)、曲(qu)面、薄壁(bi)技(ji)術(shu)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),對(dui)關鍵零部(bu)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調姿、定(ding)位、夾緊工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝軟件(jian)(jian)開發等方面擁有多項核心技(ji)術(shu)。凝聚了(le)我國裝備(bei)(bei)(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)與電子控制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)領域的(de)(de)(de)(de)多學科技(ji)術(shu)。

恒力(li)機(ji)(ji)床公(gong)司許興旺總工程師介紹,他們承(cheng)擔的飛機(ji)(ji)尾翼組合機(ji)(ji)床制(zhi)造(zao)單元,通過與北京航空航天大學等科研機(ji)(ji)構(gou)進行產、學、研合作,歷時兩年之久,攻(gong)克了數十項(xiang)技術難(nan)關,不僅(jin)核心裝備(bei)達(da)國際(ji)先(xian)進水平(ping),設(she)備(bei)總造(zao)價只(zhi)有國外(wai)同類(lei)設(she)備(bei)的十分(fen)之一(yi)。其核心層面(mian)的技術創新獲(huo)得諸多突破(po)。

C919大型客機(ji)垂直尾翼安定(ding)面加(jia)工(gong)設備的(de)主動力(li),采用臥式(shi)三(san)坐標加(jia)工(gong)單元。在垂直進給軸結構(gou)上(shang)采用雙(shuang)伺服(fu)驅(qu)動、雙(shuang)光柵尺監控的(de)設計理(li)念,有效地提高了加(jia)工(gong)單元的(de)運動精度與動態響應速度。

針對大飛(fei)機(ji)尾(wei)翼(yi)鈦合金(jin)材料(liao)加工切(qie)削難度(du)大、釋放熱量高的特殊技(ji)術(shu)要求,恒力機(ji)床公司采用MQL微量油氣系統對刀具(ju)進行冷卻潤滑,不但有效避免了(le)切(qie)削液對成型工件的污染,同時(shi)保證了(le)高速切(qie)削狀態下的加工效率(lv)與(yu)精度(du)要求。

大(da)飛機垂直(zhi)尾翼為特殊易變(bian)型薄(bo)壁空腔鈦(tai)(tai)合金部(bu)件,恒(heng)力機床(chuang)公司(si)采(cai)用多點浮(fu)動(dong)支(zhi)撐(cheng)設計,在支(zhi)撐(cheng)結構(gou)(gou)、鎖緊(jin)機構(gou)(gou)進行了(le)多項(xiang)高難(nan)度設計攻關,掌握了(le)大(da)型薄(bo)壁航空鈦(tai)(tai)合金件裝(zhuang)夾(jia)技術,開發研制出(chu)伺(si)服可監控柔性(xing)夾(jia)緊(jin)裝(zhuang)置,有效(xiao)控制夾(jia)緊(jin)力的(de)動(dong)態變(bian)化,保證了(le)飛機大(da)型部(bu)件裝(zhuang)配過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)高夾(jia)緊(jin)可靠(kao)性(xing)。

大型(xing)(xing)空客垂直(zhi)尾翼是典(dian)型(xing)(xing)的(de)異形特大部(bu)件(jian),實(shi)現(xian)大型(xing)(xing)部(bu)件(jian)的(de)高可靠性定位(wei),必須進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)精確的(de)姿(zi)態調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)。本項目采用(yong)“321”六自由度(du)智(zhi)能調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)裝(zhuang)置,通(tong)過激光(guang)跟蹤儀采集尾翼姿(zi)態原始(shi)數(shu)據,以全(quan)機(ji)身坐標為基準進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)數(shu)據建(jian)模分析,導入設備(bei)數(shu)控(kong)模塊,將調(diao)(diao)姿(zi)數(shu)據與機(ji)床控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)軟(ruan)件(jian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)嵌入式運(yun)用(yong),將激光(guang)測(ce)量技(ji)術、伺服控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術、軟(ruan)件(jian)編程(cheng)技(ji)術、在線檢測(ce)技(ji)術等多(duo)學科(ke)技(ji)術,通(tong)過仿真軟(ruan)件(jian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)多(duo)元化協調(diao)(diao)攻關,實(shi)現(xian)組合機(ji)床+互聯網(wang)技(ji)術的(de)高度(du)融合,成功(gong)研制(zhi)(zhi)出飛(fei)機(ji)部(bu)件(jian)與機(ji)身裝(zhuang)備(bei)無縫(feng)對接的(de)多(duo)功(gong)能智(zhi)能型(xing)(xing)核心(xin)技(ji)術裝(zhuang)備(bei)。

技術(shu)資料(liao)顯(xian)示,C919大(da)(da)(da)(da)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)運(yun)用諸多國(guo)(guo)際(ji)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)技術(shu),大(da)(da)(da)(da)規模采(cai)用第三代(dai)鋁鋰合金(jin)材料(liao)及超臨(lin)界鈦合金(jin)機(ji)(ji)翼。與國(guo)(guo)際(ji)現(xian)代(dai)同類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)大(da)(da)(da)(da)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)比(bi)較,重量減輕7%,飛(fei)(fei)行阻(zu)力減少3%,整機(ji)(ji)制造(zao)(zao)技術(shu)打破了波音、空(kong)客等國(guo)(guo)際(ji)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)技術(shu)壟斷。基于其空(kong)前(qian)的國(guo)(guo)際(ji)化制造(zao)(zao)技術(shu),目前(qian)全球23個買(mai)家已落實570架(jia)次C919訂單,接(jie)近2014年國(guo)(guo)內(nei)空(kong)客飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)總量的1/4。據中國(guo)(guo)上(shang)飛(fei)(fei)公司(si)預測,將(jiang)來20年中國(guo)(guo)將(jiang)新增(zeng)2000架(jia)C919類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的大(da)(da)(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)(xing)空(kong)客,迎(ying)來萬億元(yuan)的市場規模。面對(dui)如此(ci)誘人的大(da)(da)(da)(da)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)發展前(qian)景,恒力機(ji)(ji)床公司(si)董事長(chang)仲秋表示將(jiang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)加(jia)大(da)(da)(da)(da)投入(ru),廣(guang)泛實施產、學、研、用結合,進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)開發五(wu)軸聯(lian)動等智(zhi)能型(xing)(xing)(xing)高檔機(ji)(ji)床,努力為航空(kong)制造(zao)(zao)業添(tian)磚(zhuan)加(jia)瓦。
